- I'D LIKE TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Please contact us immediately if you need to alter or cancel an order. We will be unable to make any adjustments once our warehouse has processed your order.
- WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If there's a problem with your order, whether it's the incorrect size, color, faulty, or anything else -- simply let us know and we'll give you a refund.
- WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS?
You must notify us about any damage or missing items within two business days of receiving the shipment by emailing bossbabymav@gmail.com. In the event that we file a claim with the carrier, you must also keep the original box and packing materials. We thank you for your cooperation and patience during this process.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer hassle-free returns for all of our goods. Simply describe the problem to us and provide a picture, and we'll go forward with your request. Then, we'll return everything to you in full.

Cancellation Policy
4BK.TV Cancellation Policy
At 4BK.TV, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your 4BK.TV subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
2. Free Trials
If you are on a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
Once the trial ends, the standard subscription fee will be automatically charged unless canceled in advance.
3. Refund Policy
4BK.TV does not provide refunds for subscription fees that have already been processed.
Exceptions may be made in cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances, subject to our review.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
4. Third-Party Subscriptions
If you subscribed through a third-party provider (such as Apple, Google Play, Roku, etc.), you must manage cancellations directly through their respective platforms.
4BK.TV is unable to process cancellations or refunds for subscriptions handled by third-party providers.
5. Account Reactivation
You may reactivate your 4BK.TV subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new plan.
If you reactivate within the same billing cycle, your previous settings and preferences will be retained.
